This gear box is manual mechanical mode with five-speed. It makes up of drive parts of gear box; manipulate part of gear shifting, differential mechanism, transmission housing, etc. it owns five forward gear, a reverse gear. And each forward gear accompanies with a slid inertia synchronizer.  

The 1st,2nd gear adopt the double taper synchronizer. The final drive is single stage cylindrical gear reducer with prick gear, spider gear differential. Its drive configuration is in mode of two-axle,the drive gear of forward gear adopts the helical gear which made its noise lower, and drive reposefully. The gear shifting configuration with slid inertia synchronizer do gear shift by frication which avoid the impact between gears during gear-shifting, and increase the life span by the way,can shift gear neatly. The case is made by die-casting aluminum alloy,then it endow the case some merits like lighter weight, and dispel heat well, which made it being elected as the new high technology product in Jiangsu province..
